My path there hasn’t been linear — rather a wildflower path shaped by trust, resilience, and intuition.
My journey began in downtown Detroit, living the life I once dreamed of — the job, the city, the excitement. Over time, a quiet pull toward something new began to grow. In 2018, I trusted my intuition and moved to Colorado for a fresh beginning.
After a year working remotely, I realized I missed connection and collaboration. That led me to Empower in 2019, where I found purpose, people who inspired me, and a mission that aligned with my values. My path there hasn’t been linear — rather a wildflower path shaped by trust, resilience, and intuition. I grew into a senior management role leading multiple teams and discovered my passion for supporting others in their growth.
Beyond work, nature grounds me. The mountains mirror the resilience I see in people. I’m a lifelong Detroit sports fan, a runner in a Denver run club, and someone who finds joy in learning, performing arts, and community.
